- Our vineyards are spread over an area of roughly seven hectares in the municipalities of Pravisdomini and Chions.
- Sunny conditions and soil with a high clay content make this land particularly suitable for cultivating grapes.
- We use the Guyot double-arched system to graft our vines. This technique leaves fewer buds per vine and favours the best growth and lower yield per hectare.
- This is how we obtain wine with more 'body' and scents.
