Made fron select Friuli grape pomace, it is the typical liqueur of our region. With an alcohol content of 40 degrees, it is the after-dinner liqueur par excellence.

A distinct feature of Monovitigno Grappa, or varietal grappa, is that it is made from a single type of grapes, in this case Cabernet, while Friulana Grappa is made from several native Friuli varieties of grapes.
